I've been using a lot of these recently and I love how easily I can eat them and even add them to my kids food without them knowing. I am a big fan – here is what I discovered about flaxseeds – I couldn't not share it...

I love these Linwood Milled Organic Flaxseeds. Milled just means the actual seeds have been ground into a powder which makes them much easier for us to digest. There are so many ways to incorporate them into your daily diet, there really is no excuse not to eat them! I love to add a few spoonfuls to my smoothies to thicken them or simply sprinkle some over my salads. You could also add to your cereal or porridge as well as to any baked goods like homemade bread or muffins – the list is endless!
